Professor Position in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

The University of New Orleans is seeking applicants for a tenure track position in its School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Candidates should have a PhD degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NAME). While not required, relevant experience in the marine field, including academics, would weigh significantly in the selection.

Background and interest is sought particularly in marine hydrodynamics and CFD, but orientation in the supporting disciplines of marine structures, marine dynamics, and marine propulsion is also welcome. Strong commitment to excellence in teaching and research is expected.
