Sam Charters joined Elliot Bay Design Group (EBDG) in 2006 and serves as the
Chief Engineer for the Gulf Office. In this capacity, Sam oversees and manages the Gulf Office's engineering and technical resources and ensures the delivery of quality work products and adherence to professional engineering standards.
In addition, he is responsible for implementing EBDG's quality assurance program and serving as project manager for new vessel design, design modification and design study projects.
